Днес в Централното фоайе на Драматичен театър „Никола Вапцаров“ – Благоевград се проведе началната пресконференция по проект BG16FFPR003-1.001-0010 „Модернизиране на Драматичен театър „Никола Вапцаров“ за устойчиво и интегрирано развитие на културата, културния туризъм и креативни творчески индустрии в Благоевград“.
During the event, the main objectives, planned activities and expected results of the project were presented. The project will be of key importance for the development of the city’s cultural infrastructure, for improving working conditions and access to cultural content, and for establishing Blagoevgrad as an active centre for cultural tourism and creative industries.
A welcome address was delivered by Prolet Trifonova, Director of the Nikola Vaptsarov Drama Theatre – Blagoevgrad, and the project was presented by its manager, Yanislava Vangelova. The press conference was moderated by Neli Apostolova.
With special gratitude, we acknowledge the contribution of Margarita Macheva, Director of the Nikola Vaptsarov Drama Theatre – Blagoevgrad, on whose initiative work began on this large-scale and strategically important project for the future of the theatre.
We would like to thank all guests, representatives of institutions, partners, media and stakeholders who attended and shared this important moment for the future development of the theatre and the cultural environment in Blagoevgrad.
The project is funded under the Regional Development Programme 2021–2027, procedure BG16FFPR003-1.001 “Support for Integrated Urban Development in the 10 Urban Municipalities – Main Growth Centres.”
The final deadline for the implementation of the project is 4 August 2028.
