On 24 of February Nikola Vaptsarov Drama Theatre - Blagoevgrad visited Krupnik with two exciting productions: “Necessity” and “The Iron Candlestick.”
The young audience immersed themselves in the fairytale world of “Necessity” — with plenty of laughter, imagination, and lively participation. The encounter continued with a creative workshop, where the children recreated their favourite characters and enthusiastically joined the creative process, turning their meeting with theatre into a true celebration of imagination and emotion.
The evening performance of “The Iron Candlestick” brought together audiences of different generations and concluded with an open conversation with the director and the actors — a space for questions, reflection, and sharing, in which theatre became a place for genuine dialogue.
As part of the project’s social mission, free invitations were provided for people from socially vulnerable groups — another tangible step towards equal access to culture.
The project “Cultural Bridges in Southwestern Bulgaria: Access and Inclusion through Theatre” continues — with new encounters, new towns, and more shared theatrical experiences.
